We know that you love your Ninebot Elite PTR, C (comfort), or One series electric unicycle. You may use it to commute, or just get around your neighborhood. You certainly don’t want to be without it for weeks. We know exactly how you feel. We ride them too!
When you send in your Ninebot for Warranty or fee based service; we will treat your ride as if it was our own!

What Happens When We Receive it?
When we receive your Ninebot a technician will be assigned to see it through completion. He will visually inspect, and conduct preliminary tests.
If the technician doesn’t have any questions for you, warranty repairs will be completed without any further communication from the technician.
In the event that your repair is not covered by warranty, it will be fee based. The technician, or one of our our technical team will contact you and provide you with an estimate of repair costs including any replacement parts.
Once you approve the repair costs, we will begin the repair work.
The assigned technician, or one of our our technical team will contact you when your repair is complete. All repairs are thoroughly tested before the product is returned to you.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipped items must be sent ‘Signature Required.’ This is to ensure that both parties know when the shipment arrives. We provide a 90 day warranty on all repairs. We are not responsible for any delay in repair service due to parts that must be ordered.
