Ninebot warranty repair and repair service are done by our Ninebot and Segway trained and certified technicians using only genuine Ninebot parts. We fix and repair Ninebot One, Elite PTR, ‘C’ Comfort, and ES1, ES2 Kickscooters.
We know that you love your Ninebot Elite PTR, C (comfort), One series electric unicycle, or ES1 / ES2 Kickscooter. You may use it to commute, or just get around your neighborhood. You certainly don’t want to be without it for weeks. We know exactly how you feel . . . We ride them too!
When you send in your Ninebot for Warranty or fee-based service; we will treat your ride as if it was our own!

What Happens When We Receive your Ninebot?
A trained and certified Ninebot technician will be assigned to your Ninebot warranty repair and repair service and will see it through completion. Your Ninebot will be visually inspected, and he will conduct preliminary functionality tests.
If the machine is under Warranty and the technician doesn’t have any questions for you, warranty repairs will be completed without any further communication from the technician. Once it is completed he will contact you by phone or email to provide you with the return tracking information.
In the event that your repair is not covered by warranty, it will be a fee-based repair. The technician or one of our technical team will contact you and provide you with an estimate of repair costs including any replacement Ninebot parts prior to beginning the repair. We use only genuine Ninebot parts for all repairs.
Once you approve the repair costs, we will begin the repair work.
The assigned technician or one of our technical team will contact you when your repair is complete. All repairs are thoroughly tested before the product is returned to you.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipped items must be sent ‘Signature Required.’ This is to ensure that both parties know when the shipment arrives. We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs. We are not responsible for any delay in repair service due to Ninebot parts that must be ordered.
